Happy with the customer service
After an initial problem with my D7 RO machine, it’s now been resolved to my satisfaction and is up and running. I have found Osmio professional and helpful with troubleshooting. The machine went back for the once over and is now working fine on a plug and play basis. Mark and his team were very helpful sending extra parts as the case was damaged in transit. I was shocked to see all the negative reviews at this page. I’ve only ever experienced attentiveness and politeness from Osmio. These things are frustrating so I understand how other reviewers feel. The D7 stopped working and then Covid happened and remote troubleshooting to no avail and talk of water pressure issues (not the case), plumbers could’ve resolved and the instructions didn’t help (now improved). However eventually Osmio collected the D7 and it’s returned working so I’m very content with the service. I had to buy x3 lots of expensive filters for each abortive use but hey that would be my only criticism. It must be a hard business not knowing the variables of each household versus but that’s Osmio’s job and they got there in the end for me - that’s good customer service. Highly recommended.
