BOCHK app and customer support is one of the weirdest I’ve seen. Constantly change the verification method from SMS to face to ID card without noticing you,while the recognition system doesn’t recognize shxt at all.That means you don’t know when you can’t log into your account t and transfer money. When I complained to their cs that the face recognition doesn’t work for me and I can’t transfer money now.They replied and I quote:”it’s for your own good so you better deal with it”. You never know you’d be lectured by a bank these days.
