Totally not in the business to provide customer care...
Totally not in the business to provide service to customers! All they look to do is charge more at every turn. Went to the site to buy short hop airfare. Should have been $68-75 per ticket each for two tickets as advertised. Ended up being over $400. Everything they do is up selling and adding services and screwing the customer over. Along that path, they made an error. When confronted about it and required to change it, their response was to charge us more to fix it. The excuse - we don't make errors and the company policy is... Terrible customer care. Stupid company, find anyone else.
