Very Bad Customer support
Hello Lyca Complaints and Helpdesk team, My issue is not yet solved as of today (27 Aug 2024). My issue is not yet solved. The issue first started on 09th June 2024, then had the same issue on 09th July 2024 and now 09th Aug 2024 and sent several complaints by mail and had several calls to your customer service number. Even after 19 Days from 09 Aug 2024, my call and internet service is completely down even though I purchased a 12 months plan . Even after so many escalations that you claim that you have done, my issue is not getting resolved and I do not know how many more days I have to wait and how many more emails do you need from my side to check on this issue.
