Sets stuff right.
I thought hard about this review and whether I should give 5 stars. In the end I thought that my experience, although initially negative, was rectified very well and that such an effort to resolve the issue shows this company is a trusted, customer focused retailer and this is worthy of 5 stars. I have only placed one order with Goblin Gaming, a folio set of RPG books which cost over £60 (or £10 if my wife asks) in June this year, it was a pre-order and the set arrived straight after release but was dinged, the corner was bashed as the packing was just a few bits of scrunched up brown paper in a box. This packing would probably have been OK for one book but for a heavy folio set it was certainly inadequate. I crossly penned an e-mail to complain and was very presently surprised (not sure that's the right word to use) to receive a nice reply from Sophia from customer services. She offered a discount or replacement. I'm sure there are those who may take the former but I ordered this set as I wanted it in good condition and chose the latter. I was given a return label to print and even tbough I had opened the set to examine the damage it was accepted without hesitation. A replacement in some of the most secure packing I have ever had the pleasure to recieve was quickly provided...well it took a 10 days or so but much of that was because the parcel was at the postal depot through no fault of Goblingaming. Sophia kept me updated and responded quickly to any question although I'm sure she was cursing me but that's to be expected and not without cause. Anyway, is GoblinGaming a 5 star company...yes, absolutely! They have shown that when something goes wrong they can be trusted to sort it and that they are an excellent, customer focused company.
