TERRIBLE
I had simply asked one thing: to call me 20 minutes before the driver arrived (in order to bring all the boxes outside), but that wasn’t done. I had to bring 8 boxes weighing 200 kg alone to the driver in less than 5 minutes because he was in a rush for other deliveries. The driver was understanding, but the person on the phone was terrible and refused to cooperate. I called 3 times yesterday and 3 times this morning. Avoid at all costs, no surprise they are the cheapest, terrible service, absolutely no respect. J'avais simplement demandé une chose : m'appeler 20 minutes avant l'arrivée du chauffeur, ce qui n'a pas été fait. J'ai dû apporter seul 8 cartons de 200 kg au chauffeur en moins de 5 minutes, car il devait se dépêcher pour d'autres livraisons. Le chauffeur a été compréhensif, mais la personne au téléphone était exécrable et refusait de collaborer. J'ai appelé 3 fois hier et 3 fois ce matin. À éviter à tout prix, il n'est pas surprenant qu'ils soient les moins chers, c'est terrible, aucun respect.
