Exceptional service for new account

Meena was very polite and, more importantly, exceptionally clear and thoroughly helpful in our telephone call to set up my account with them. Also an engineer arrived only a few hours later on the same day to fit the new out door cable ready for connection 1 week later. 10 out of 10.
