THIRD PARTY VENDOR
I placed an order at Zoro website on May 09 2025 vacuum cleaner that their website show is available after few phone calls finally received my order was a wrong item I asked to return. they ask me to send pictures as a proof that they will submit to third party vendor which is something that I wasn't expected. Also asked the customer services to call their third-party vendor and making sure they have the correct vacuum she put me on hold and reply yes; they will send me the correct vacuum this was on May 19, on June 09 I received the same vacuum. After I call customer services and explain the issue, they tell me that I have to wait 5 more days to contact the vendor to resolve in the meantime my credit card was charged I have a vacuum that never order, and Zoro website still show that they have the vacuum available. I tell the customer services to report to the third-party vendor but look like they don't care
