Super service!
My waste water is the responsibility of Anglian Water. I detected the early stages of a waste chamber backing up and called Anglian Water to send out an engineer. This was at 09:58 on Wednesday. I was informed that someone would be with me within 48 hours and true to their word a man arrived 22 and a half hours later. He cleared the blockage within minutes and went on his way. This was impressive for which I would like to thank Anglian Water.
