203-1169894-2433966 How are you supposed to track an order being delivered by trueline? Ordered an item to be delivered before Valentine’s Day Still not arrived, and no way of tracking it ( she was not impressed) The item was supplied by office-point and trueline the couriers, as Ive mentioned I cannot find anyway of finding a tracking number for trueline. Update. Ive not had a response from my last update which was to inform Truline that the item was being supplied by one of their customers Office Point. And the information states that truline are the couriers. UPDATE 2 I have provided as much information that I have. I ordered the item through Amazon, the supplier is Office Point a customer of Trueline who are the courier service who are supposed to deliver the item. According to Amazon, the item is in transit and truline is named as the courier. UPDATE 3 Trueline are in possession of my item, and are apparently en route to deliver it to me. I just want to know when!? The item is a 2kilo tin of Cadbury hot chocolate.
