AVOID AVOID AVOID

I usually don't write reviews but feel compelled to do so regarding 48, the worst company I have ever come in contact with. I preceeded to switch my old number from 1 provider to 48 on the 13th of march, whatever they done while porting my number I had no phone working until yesteday 12 days later. I contacted them numerous times per day via online chat and just got so frustrated going around in circle's with no update but please be patient our technical team is working on it. In the meantime I contacted comreg to complain but the service provider has upto 10 working day's to solve any problems before they will get involved. It felt to me like 48 knew they had those 10 working day's to fix the issue and had no intention of fixing it until the time was almost up. Comreg did give me a complaint phone number which I ended up ringing numerous time's daily with the same old lies fed back to me. I run a small business and to be left uncontactable on a number I've been using for over 20 years is really not acceptable. Please avoid this excuse of a service provider at all cost. So angry there is no accountability for this disgraceful level of service.
