Wow - That was a little bit different!!
Wow - that was different. We cannot be more thankful of the support of Craig Teal in particular, but the broader Brad Teal team at Keilor. Working in completely unprecedented circumstances, Craig was great with his ability to keep us up to date with how interest was progressing and even a Touchbase on weeks where there was simply no interest at all. Craig was supportive of our ideas as a vendor / seller and we felt confident from the first day that the price we had aligned on, was achievable and realistic even in these unknown times. As time progressed through the sales period, Craig also provide guidance or options to change our sales approach should it be required. The webinar sessions with the broader Brad Teal Team has been running through this COVID_19 period has also given us broader guidance on the market and its impacts on our sale. A contactless sale sign off process was seamless, quick and easy to follow. Thankyou to Craig and the tea, for their support in helping us sell our house.
