difficult to book a view
Despite repeatedly asking about viewing availability this Friday, your agent avoided answering this simple question. Instead, he spent 10 minutes asking irrelevant questions about mortgages and my property search timeline, even after I confirmed having spoken with a mortgage advisor and knowing my borrowing capacity. Only after wasting considerable time did the agent finally inform me that viewing wasn't possible. This unprofessional behavior and inability to address a straightforward inquiry is concerning. What a joke! Reply to reply: Thank you for your response and for taking the time to review this matter. However, I would like to clarify some key points regarding the situation, as there appear to be misunderstandings on your end. Firstly, the “no show” incident occurred because I never received any confirmation for the requested viewing. Without a clear confirmation, it was impossible for me to know whether I was expected to attend. In fact, I only received a call at the time of the scheduled viewing, during which I immediately explained that I could head over right away, though I would need approximately 15 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, the agent informed me that they could not wait, which was the only reason I did not attend. Secondly, I would like to emphasize that the property I was inquiring about was not the Airbnb property you referenced in your response, but an entirely different one. Despite my attempts to clarify this distinction, the agent did not seem to acknowledge or address it. This miscommunication has now resulted in undue blame being placed on me, which I find both unfair and frustrating. I trust this provides clarity on my perspective and experience.
