Esky literally ate 1000 euros
Esky literally stole 1000 euros from me, and then I realized that the same thing happened to 90% of the people who purchased through them. At the beginning of this year, I ordered 4 tickets to Amsterdam. After 10 days, I still hadn’t received any confirmation or proof of my tickets. Esky didn’t reply to a single one of my emails, and the phone number listed on their website doesn’t work. So I decided to check directly with the airline (KLM). KLM informed me that the confirmation number I had been given didn’t exist and that there was no reservation under my name. When I contacted Esky and requested a full refund for the amount I had paid—since they gave me a non-existent booking number—they replied that they could only refund 20–30% because I had supposedly booked a non-refundable ticket. But in reality, absolutely nothing had been booked. In the end, I only got a small portion of my money back (20–30%), and this scam cost me 1000 euros. After reading the comments and reviews, I realized that out of every 1,000 people, many had experienced the exact same issue. That’s when I decided to start contacting those people to collect as much evidence as possible so we can initiate legal action against Esky.
