I'm not happy but it worked
I'm not happy, but it worked. Impossible to contact anybody. A chatbot ridiculous. Impossible to translate in English (plus if you translate the page you have half dutch and half english). I don't get back money from a shipment I never ever received. In summary I get back the money I spent for the item but I lost at least 40€ between shipment an security of the payment. Stressed because I was unable to speak with anybody except a robot. Plus it sais 5 days but it is at least 7 I'm waiting.
