We were extremely disappointed with their customer care , basically Zero

We were extremely disappointed with Vabali. Our valid voucher (expiring in Oct 2025) was wrongly marked as used, and we were forced to pay. The staff replied in a robotic way, showing no real care or empathy for guests. This is completely unacceptable and ruined what was supposed to be a special experience. It clearly shows how little they value their customers. Thiago Giacobelli
