Not userfriendly

Everything was bad. It was stopping me all the time to continue reading and started to offer new services. It is not builg for language learning, but cheating the people. I was testing 3 months, but recurring bill was cominc and immedietly charged. I was contacting for refund, bug stupid robot is repeating the same all the time snd no feedback about request.
