Delivery extremely poor

Equipment was fine but delivery is a real problem. Only informed once you've paid that kit will be with you by 12 ( no good when you need it) and trying to communicate with hss is a nightmare, they post incorrect numbers on their site, the chatbot is useless and they don't answer e mails. Kit eventually delivered at 1.30 pm ( that's not the morning). Next time I'll use another company
