Started bad, but improved - shout out to Hannah!
The service throughout our tenancy was ups and downs, we first paid by direct debit and customer service was non existent. Since paying quarterly after receiving the bill for the previous quarter, the experience was much better. When moving out, I was in contact with someone called Hannah who was super helpful, guiding me through the move-out process. I sent the final meter reading directly and Hannah responded with the final bill (also sent via an official Leep email with a link to pay). Thanks Hannah!
