AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took 11 days to answer in their 24/7 chat!
I like the games on this casino but…. They say they have 24 hr a day customer service chat and I messaged it like 10 times and it took 11 DAYS FOR THEM TO RESPOND! Plus… you can’t cash out onto Chime or Venmo which at this point is ridiculous! But… most of all their customer service is just CRAP!!!
