First Aid Course
This day course was brilliant! The course leader, Astrid, was so engaging providing real life stories where qualified first aiders have benefitted and sometimes saved others lives. I am hugely grateful to now have such invaluable knowledge that goes way beyond the basics. There were some practicals; bandaging, recovery positions, CPR, defibrillator training, abdominal thrusts, epiphen training and much more. Teamwork was encouraged and there were no faults with this course at all. Facilities were great, the leader was extremely informative and approachable, the atmosphere was encouraging and welcoming and with the qualification being given same day I couldn’t recommend it enough!
