The most terrible hire car experience I have ever had. Interesting to note that they dont show the bad reviews on their website. I was left waiting for over an hour in the pouring rain to be picked up from the airport. The website did not make it clear I was hiring from an overseas company. They did not make it clear there was and exorbitant $3.5k bond for insurance. I had to pay 2 lots of insurance. The rental was very expensive for a crap car. If coming to New Zealand I recommend you hire from Apex rentals.
