Unprofessional, Dishonest and Misleading
They need to be more professional. I went to Daniels in capacity of a potential buyer and found them to be quite rude from initial conversations till offer stage. My tipping point was when during negotiations they seemed to take an offense when I asked about possibility of home buyer survey (eventually before exchange) to which the agent kept saying if bank gives a mortgage, asking for a survey is bizzare. Given that it was a 1930s property, my request was very typical. They gave an impression that they were hiding some issue with the property. I backed out and would not prefer to view/buy property through them.
