Bought a pair of vivobarefoot
UPDATE FOLLOWING LEGEND COMMENTS: my first, second and many communications with legend were way prior to posting my trustpilot review, as requested to do so by a generic legend email, one shoe insole only was problematic and on not one pair but the second pair exactly the same issue, at no point have you mentioned improvement upon wearing the defective shoe until now? However, this would then move to shoes having being worn which would ultimately be my choice and not your recommendation, as you have only yesterday advised you need several photos despite advising you I have literally only opened the box?! Your stringent checks you mention appear to have not happened either both pairs of shoes appearing to be put back in stock and sent out or a huge coincidence same size and same shoe??? Ruching up under the toes when tried on does not seem like it would be ok after a few wears?! UPDATE: legend are fully aware of this ongoing issue and abysmal service, they have since emailed suggesting they have had similar issues? However for the same size and shoe to go out of stock, then back in stock after my return, now back out of stock is too similar? Plus, the left insole is a size bigger, once I returned the original and the same issue arriving again, sharks is all I can think…they now want pictures of insoles, shoes, soles, box etc yet again and suggest I go through the online returns process yet again without any proactive action or resolution from legend Original trust pilot the other day …..Bought a pair of vivobarefoot Bit of a mess with delivery with Royal Mail Left shoe had faulty insole not glued down so when putting foot in insole ruched up at the toes I emailed, no response se, called to be asked for photos of the insoles and they would investigate minus the shoes. No advise on returning. Another call for clarity on what they needed and disbelief at their intention to investigate without shoes I then noticed on website how to do return for exchange so I followed this Then email saying ran out of my size so I asked for another size to give to daughter While waiting g for daughters exchange my size came back in stock so I ordered them Had to chase delivery as didn’t happen and tracker not working. Shoes appeared this morning 4 days at 8am Cannot believe it. Damaged vivo box inside PLUS they have delivered the same shoes I returned with the faulty left shoe insole. ! I emailed S soon as I realised and guess what. No reply, no read receipt, no call, nothing Shocking experience, after I returned the original faulty shoes I then Got an email asking me for several photos of the shoes. Soles, box, uppers, labels, which I had not been asked for at all during 2 calls and implying they will do a thorough check and if any sign of eear may not refund etc ? I received the original faulty shoes Saturday, emailed Sunday upon trying them on, called Monday for advise and support, misadvised and no support regards return/exchange process and then returned Monday unworn Abysmal service, awaiting communication, aovy, resolution x shame on you legend footwear
