Problem with fuel bills
After months of erroneous billing by British Gas we referred our complaint to the Energy Ombudsman. Their case handler - Lucy, summarised our complaint, investigated the shortfalls with BG and, secured an acceptable resolution resulting in a complete reassessment of our bills and, a huge reduction in the amount owed. We are, as is my 91 year old Mother to whom the charges were levied, very grateful to Lucy and the Energy Ombudsman in resolving our complaint, listening to our concerns and seeking a very satisfactory outcome. We will be forever grateful. Thank you so much for all your help.
