Very poor online service and experience
Bought online socks. €8 as the brand is ON a Swiss brand with a reputation for quality and prestige. Fault in the inner stitch and a clear tear or fault but either way not good to get. Now I contacted lifestyle sports and to get a replacement pair as they agree with the fault based on pictures I have to print off labels, package the socks and drive to a DPD depot after filing a return on their website. I understand processes and procedures but if quality control worked I would not be spending more than the value of the return item to return them and then await a replacement. It’s very poor service online and the assistance was slow and not satisfactory in these times. ON the brand won’t be impressed reading this post but they source the product so they are responsible too.
