If i could give no start i would, this is company is ridiculous, they made me not want to play online casinos anymore. I made a deposit won $200, went to redeem then things got funny. They make it very difficult and frustrating to redeem, they take your money quickly though, so i send in my drivers license that was all good, then they want proof of address i dont know why but ok i send in a bank statement from this month get a error message file is to large, i take a photo of another bank statement file to large, i upload a photo of utiliy bill file to large. I learn after 40 minutes to make photo smaller on my iphone, i send in the smaller bank statement that failed this is going on two hours to do a redemption. Who wants to deal with this, i email customer service they respond that it could take up to 4 days to respond, they seem like a scam, i went onto another site hit for $180 and my money was in my account 30 later. I would never deposit this site
