Support is very slow/irresponsive in providing refund for invalid code
I purchased an Xbox game pass key which did not work. Then on the next day I purchased another which did not work. The support team is extremely slow in answering my messages. Now I am stuck with no access to my game pass library since a week! My support ticket number is: 2264430
