Wessex Internet: proactive and understanding
Wessex Internet were extremely proactive and helpful when the dish on my roof could no longer pick up the signal from their local mast. The system worked on a "line of sight" basis - and trees had grown up and obscured/interrupted the line of the sight to my dish. Wessex agreed to refund my charges to me from the date when I first raised the problem with them - even though it took me some months to find a replacement system. The person I dealt with at Wessex was Stephanie Newman. She was extremely helpful and keen to sort out the issues I was facing.
