Peace of mind if anything goes wrong they will sort it!

Intrepid have been really good at taking responsibility for things that have gone wrong that are not their fault, simply because they were the organisation that made the booking. We had a terrible experience with Iberia Airlines (please don't book with them - they have a rating of 1.3 on Trustpilot - I should have looked here first). Iberia refused to take responsibility for getting us on to another flight, or even compensate us, when they overbooked the flight and bumped us from it. Intrepid however, on a Sunday, went above and beyond to find us flights with another airline and to notify our tour in Havana that we would be joining late (we couldn't do any of this as Iberia had left us stranded at Madrid airport). And Intrepid have now also refunded us the cost of those extra flights and the taxi fare we had to pay to cross Cuba to catch up with our cycle tour. I tried to get this compensation from Iberia because it was not Intrepid's fault, but they have simply refused to accept any responsibility and Intrepid have stepped up and supported us. I would definitely use Intrepid again because I would have confidence that if anything goes wrong, even if it's not their fault, they would be there to support me and sort it out. Thank you Intrepid.
