T-Mobile verucht offenbar Guthaben zu unterschlagen

Nach Zwangskündigung meines XTRA Prepaid-Accounts wegen zu geringer Nutzung (Sim Karte war Bestandteil meiner Alarmanlage) vor über 5 Monaten habe ich bis heute, trotz mehrmaliger Anschreiben, noch nicht mein Restguthaben zurückerstattet bekommen. Am 16. Jan 2017 wird daraus ein Mahnverfahren und eine Strafanzeige wegen Unterschlagung gegen dieses Unternehmen.
