Set this up but managed to find own cancellation next week so messaged them several times to tell them of this and asked them for a refund and told them to stop looking. Had email confirmed agreeing however that evening they had cancelled son's test next week and booked new one for 23 December 2021. So angry and upset my son is devastated I can't stop blaming myself for getting involved with company. They have lost my son his test however spoke to DVSA who told me these companies should NOT be used they have heard many issues and problems that once they get money they don't care what they do or happens this is certainly true with this company. I see your response I had turned auto book off 3pm yesterday I also unticked Box so you would no longer search. My change in preferences were ignored as you cancelled test for son at 9.35pm last night after doing the above and received email from you at 3pm confirming so why st 9 35pm were my preferences ignored. I asked PayPal to help but thought they would contact you first to have time to resolve but was really surprised issued refund so assumed they had tried and just decided to pay. I tried to cancel asap because I had literally just joined up and then within hours I unexpectedly got cancellation so thought I would be quick to contact you to inform of same and to ask for cancellation. I just want to warn others that if you change anything on your preferences don't be surprised that they will be ignored. DVSA said noone should use these companies. Anyway my problem has been sorted by DVSA. Thank god for them.
