An absolute disaster of a company.
An absolute disaster of a company. I ordered a coffee machine on the 2nd January 2025. After several phone calls asking where it was, I was eventually told it would be in stock on the 17th January. On the 17th January I contacted them and they told me it was in stock and being dispatched in the next 48 hours. In the 19th January, I contacted them and they told me that Royal Mail were picking it up that afternoon. 10 minutes later, I received an email to state there was a delay with my order. I immediately called them to be told it hadn't even arrived in stock yet. I then spoke to a manager who "guaranteed" that it would be sent out by the 21st January 2025 or he would call me. I contacted them again on the 22nd January to be told it hadn't been sent out so I cancelled the order. I also started a PayPal discussion with the supplier. On the 23rd January they emailed me to say it was going out for delivery. I called them to tell them it had been cancelled but they said it was too late to stop the delivery and to refuse it. On the 24th January, I refused the delivery and the supplier received the item back on the 27th January. Since then, they have refused to deal with my refund (over £600) and it has taken until today, 12th February 2025 for PayPal to award in my favour. Untrustworthy liars and completely unprofessional. 0 stars if it was an option
