I've got to be honest, buying a high end set of IEMs with a high end price tag was worrying. Especially for a Yorkshireman! Miles was great to deal from the start. I had a consultation at his studio & he made the ear mapping process easy & relaxed. Trying & choosing the right pair was also made a lot easier, thanks to Miles's in-depth knowledge. I have a particular isuue with my left ear due to an operation I had a few years ago, this made things not as straightforward as they should be. To get this right first time, Miles worked with the manufacturer to provide a 3D printed set of plugs to test the fit before manufacture of the actual units. A very professional way of doing things. Finally the day of delivery came & I'm knocked out by the quality. My purchase was facillitated by Miles every step of the way. He communicated well & kept me informed at every step of the process.
