5 star review revised to 1 star..... I was really happy when I bought the bike, but... Be very very very careful about what warranty you do, or more to the point don't, get from them. I purchased a 22 reg motorcycle with just under 5700 miles on it. I was lead to believe on the phone that it had the balance of a 4 year manufacturer's warranty on it until April 2026. The email I got about it only references that there is a warranty, not the type or duration. (I overlooked that in my new bike excitement and that part of things is on me for not noticing at the time) Having garaged the bike over winter since I got it I have only done about 135 miles on it. It's now developed a potentially expensive fault. On contacting Wheels Motorcycles they now tell me that the warranty expired April 2024, there never was a warranty until 2026. They've basically washed their hands of it because I've had the bike for over 3 months, despite what I was told at the time of purchase and the minimal milage I've done. I'm not going to name the members of staff I've dealt with. Wheels Motorcycles will know who they are and can deal with them internally (or not if they feel this is a fair way for them to do business I guess). Just beware people.
