Quality of items has went too far…
Quality of items has went too far downhill. Arriving dirty and damaged if at all. My package was never shipped until two weeks had passed. When I asked for an update MANUEL put a claim on it, ignoring my request. Update, was supposed to be delivered yesterday but because if the claim, it's being returned to the warehouse. This is ruining my own customer service as this is the third order of my own that is late or unable to process. This is costing me money and I'm losing my customers because of the negligence. If you can't handle the volume of business, scroll back before you destroy your customers hard work.
