Bad customer service and mattress product.
Ordering seemed helpful and easy, problem started after delivery. I received a Wolf 9" memory foam mattress and frame through DCG. Within several weeks the mattress became flat and hard, a worse performance than a "cheap" futon mattress on another futon. I contacted DCG right away - well within the 30 day return, and they had me send photos. Problem was DCG was very slow in responding, days and days between emails. Finally after many weeks I was told returns have to take place in 30 days so I am out of luck, Say NO to doing business with DCG Futon Store!
