The SOS button gave my mom peace of mind
My elderly mother uses Ryde in Phoenix and she called me nervous about riding alone at night. I showed her the SOS button on the live ride screen and the masked phone number feature, and she immediately felt safer. She's been using it twice a week for her dialysis appointments and hasn't had a single issue. Scheduled rides up to 90 days ahead means I set up her whole month in one sitting.
