Expect to be frustrated!
I received a voucher for 200 CHF for WE Fashion and tried to make a first order online. I heard nothing after that so I tried to contact them by messaging via their homepage and never go a reply. After a week I got my money back after contacting by phone. They did not have the ordered clothes in stock according to the contact person (before and after my attempted order they showed available in the online store though). Tried to make a second order and this time I received a confirmation by email. After 5 days the still have not shipped, it does not even show the order in my account. Bottom line: No trustworthy trader. Avoid as there are so many better to choose from. Update 03.05.2025: Still have not received any items, updates, or my money back as I have requested by phone, email and by visiting a WE Fashion shop. Will never recommend this shop to anyone. Total robbery.
