Rude, Dishonest, and Completely Unprofessional
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. My experience has been nothing but stress, wasted money, and outright disrespect. They took over £4,000 from me in instalments promising help with my immigration process. In reality, I received almost no support. I was on just one call with their so-called job assistance team, where the agent was literally shouting at clients who didn’t speak English well. There were no translators, no professionalism, and no clear guidance whatsoever. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Most of their phone numbers don’t work, and when you finally manage to speak to someone, you are met with arrogance and rudeness. Today again, I called to get clarity about my application—whether it was a work permit or a federal skilled worker program—and the agent responded in a hostile, dismissive tone. I even spoke to a legal team agent who told me, “If you don’t like our company, go to other companies.” This sums up exactly how little they care about clients. They also requested that I delete my previous honest review, which says a lot about how they operate and their lack of accountability. I feel completely scammed. They have no respect for clients, no transparency, and no integrity. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.
