Customer service won me over...
I was teetering between a 4 and 5 star rating because of a recent glitch in their system where I was charged but didn’t receive my automatic shipment, and being the spoiled coffee drinker that I am I was very disappointed to have run out of my Laird creamer! However as soon as I contacted customer service the woman I spoke with was so pleasant and apologetic that she had it sent to me within 48 hours and included an additional bag of creamer as an apology.
