APEX Bath Hotel
APEX Bath Hotel - Hotel is nice and clean, customer service and cleaning staff truly awful. I stayed at the hotel last week for 3 nights. During our stay my friend realised that her earrings were missing, we assumed that she had placed them somewhere else in the room and would find them when packing. On the morning of our departure I also realised that some of my earrings were also missing. We reported this to the front desk team, the first member of staff laughed when we said what had happened. The manager on shift at the time took our details and promised he would look into it. We were promised an update within 4 days, the update/call never happened. I had to call the hotel for an update and go through the whole scenario again as the details had no been registered or looked into. I received a call today from the manager looking into it and she basically shared that there was no way that the member of staff who cleaned the room that day took anything, as she has been working with them for a long time. Basically this is telling me that both my friend and I are lying? Who lies about items being stolen from the room? I know I personally have more important things to do with my time. My advice is to not bring anything of value to this hotel, they have thieves amongst their team, even worse they have a management team who are incompetent and unable to manage a compliant in the correct way. I personally will never stay with the Apex Hotel group again.
