Very professional
It was very professional experience. The engineer has arrived on time and even called earlier to ensure I am home. The engineer showed me the problem and explained how to use functions that I have not been even aware. So 5* for the respond services. However, 4.5* for Domestic Appliences as the first available visit was a week away. Nice customer service. Well done.
