Appalling customer service.
Terrible customer service. My contract is coming to an end and I just wanted to transfer to a SIm only contract. Easy you would think? Not with ID Mobile. I have spent over an hour and ten minutes talking to various "names" in their customer service and I have achieved absolutely nothing. They ask you a yes/no question which you answer straight away and then they disappear for ten minutes. So I am no further on in my endeavours. It is obvious that they only want to deal with customers who are prepared to spend a lot of money.
