FLERS office arranged to replace my windscreen at my house by e mail and telephone and then on the day phoned and shouted at my wife for not driving to their office!!! The guy is very insulting!!!! AVOID!!!! Le bureau de FLERS s'est arrangé pour remplacer mon pare-brise chez moi par e-mail et par téléphone, puis le jour même, j'ai téléphoné et crié à ma femme de ne pas avoir conduit jusqu'à leur bureau !!! Le gars est très insultant !!!! ÉVITER!!!!
