I have used The Packengers many times. The wood crates are now much easier to enter - more intuitive and screws that are easier to remove. Phillips head has been coming instead of the dreaded hexagon head. Even the deliveries that come in cardboard boxes, instead of wood crates, have been appropriate. Past 5 shipments all delivered without harm.
