Great customer service
We recently took delivery of some outdoor garden furniture, which we are very pleased with. Unfortunately one very small but important part was missing. I called customer services and spoke with Rhea F. Rhea was extremely helpful and efficient, and very polite on the phone. The missing part was identified and she immediately raised an order for a replacement to be delivered and confirmed everything by email. Thank you Rhea
