We booked two flights with Southwest Airlines and unfortunately couldn’t fly because of the pandemic emailed Southwest Airlines who didn’t answer , so I emailed again and again eventually got an answer told that the tickets are no longer of any value and they cost $455 because I made a fuss they give me two vouchers for $127 each, The thing with that is the vouchers are only valid for six months we’re still in the pandemic still not able to fly to America because we live in England so I asked them to extend the dates and was told that If I can’t use them I could give them to family and friends which all live in England, so you gave us something but give me nothing really because the vouchers are valueless and expire in six months what was the matter with making them valid for a year, I’m so unhappy with Southwest Airlines I can’t believe that they can treat people this way, we are both pensioners and this was something we’ve been saving for years, this is one of the things on our bucket list to go to Graceland while we still can do these things, all I can say is thanks for being so understanding Southwest Airlines because you’re definitely not, we feel as if we’ve been thoroughly ripped off from such a big company enjoy our money. Your Customer Service is Absolutely useless.
