Ive added my welsh portfolio of properties with the Welsh agent, Simon Harries I am shocked by the pure seamless efficiency of him, to his knowledge of pricing, and speed of getting my properties listed without errors all within a day. I would also like to thank Elliot Wakeman at the companies head office for his support in working with Simon to arrange the first viewings, the very next day after the listings went live. This team will be unbeaten in Wales and the UK. I will soon try Simon with my larger English portfolio, and hope Simon & Elliot can take the stress where others have failed so badly.
