Grinch who stole Christmas!
Customer service did not have the authority to fix my order or to honor the sale price. Customer service kept repeating their authorized script and apologizing for my online order experience. The order was a major Christmas gift and I’m very disappointed. I would be a new customer but they didn’t do anything to keep me as a customer. Bah humbug
